You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Any inaccuracies in the information provided may result in account suspension pending verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password or account access with any other person. Money Game will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login details.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact Money Game support immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action to secure your account.
Account verification ("KYC") may be required before withdrawals are processed or at any point at Money Game's discretion. Verification typically involves submitting a copy of a valid identity document and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
All deposits on the Money Game platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support the following payment methods for Pakistani players:
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method. Money Game does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider before depositing.
All funds deposited into your Money Game account must come from a payment method that belongs to you personally. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members or friends — are not permitted. Money Game reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.
JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are credited to your account balance in real time. Bank Transfer deposits may take additional time depending on your bank's processing schedule. Your account balance will reflect the deposit as soon as it is confirmed by the payment network.
Money Game does not accept cash deposits or deposits made through cryptocurrency, money orders or any other method not listed as supported on the platform. Any funds sent via unsupported methods cannot be returned and will not be credited.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that matches the one used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered to your account. This policy exists to protect players against unauthorised withdrawals and to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
Before your first withdrawal — and at any subsequent point where Money Game deems it necessary — you will be required to complete identity verification. This involves providing a valid government-issued ID and confirmation of your payment method. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Money Game reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. During an active investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse or any breach of these Terms, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended pending the outcome of the investigation.
Bonus funds cannot be directly withdrawn. Only winnings derived from real-money play or bonus funds that have met the applicable wagering requirements can be converted to withdrawable balance. See Section 6 for full bonus withdrawal conditions.
Money Game offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and special promotions tied to cricket events such as PSL and T20 international matches. Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which means you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) a specified number of times before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. The wagering requirement applicable to each offer is stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms on the Promotions page.
Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games, bingo and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. The specific contribution rates for each game category are listed in the terms of each promotion.
Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Accepting a new bonus while another is active may result in the existing bonus being forfeited.
The Money Game sports betting section covers cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals, domestic tournaments and international fixtures — as well as football, esports and other sports. All sports bets are subject to the following rules.
Bet Settlement: All bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body of the sport in question. For cricket, this means the official result confirmed by the Pakistan Cricket Board (for domestic fixtures) or the International Cricket Council (for international fixtures). For PSL matches, the official PSL result stands.
Void Bets: A bet may be declared void and your stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being declared; the event does not commence within a specified timeframe of the scheduled start; or a clear pricing error was made at the time the bet was accepted.
In-Play Betting: Live in-play betting is available on selected cricket matches and other events. In-play odds update in real time. Once a bet is confirmed during in-play betting, it cannot be cancelled. Delays in internet connectivity or platform performance that affect your ability to place or view in-play bets do not constitute grounds for voiding a settled bet.
Maximum Stakes and Winnings: Maximum stake amounts and maximum payout limits per bet and per day apply and are displayed at the time of bet placement. Money Game reserves the right to limit stake amounts for specific markets or for individual accounts at its discretion.
Placing bets on events where you have any form of inside knowledge or where you are a participant is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated winnings.
All casino games available on the Money Game platform — including slots, live casino, fish shooting games, bingo, crash games and any other titles in the game lobby — operate under the following general rules.
Game Outcomes: All slot and RNG-based games use certified random number generation technology provided by the game supplier. Live casino games use real dealers and physical equipment. Money Game does not alter game outcomes in any way beyond the mathematical structure built into each game by its supplier.
Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction — including server disconnections, display errors or incorrect odds being shown — Money Game reserves the right to void any bets affected by the malfunction. Minimum and Maximum Bets: Each game has minimum and maximum bet limits that are displayed before play begins. Money Game may adjust game bet limits at any time.
Fish shooting games operate under multiplayer room rules specific to each title. Players share the same game environment in real time. Bingo rooms follow the specific rules of each room type as displayed before entry.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Money Game platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and bonuses, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.
Money Game uses automated fraud detection tools and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. If your account is flagged for review, you may be asked to provide additional information. Failure to cooperate with an investigation may result in account suspension.

In the event of account closure for breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited at Money Game's discretion, particularly where fraud or deliberate exploitation has been identified.
